Je me joins aux autres commentaires. Aucun retour de commande, ni des mails. Une catastrophe.

Very disappointed. They barely reply to emails. It takes months of follow-up to get any news on the order's progress.

Order placed in September. No response despite sending four emails. I don't even know if my order was processed… Disappointing…

I absolutely do not recommend this company. I ordered my holster in June 2026. Since then, I still haven't received anything, I've sent several emails and received no response. A serious lack of professionalism. Avoid this website.

I ordered a holster in May and still haven't received anything despite several follow-up emails to their working email address. This is unacceptable for a company like this.

If you're looking for a reputable company, I advise you to avoid this one. I placed an order in June 2026. I waited four months to finally receive a refund after having to threaten legal action because I hadn't heard anything in the meantime. I didn't even receive an apology email, just one confirming the refund. I'm even disappointed to have to give them one star. The worst part is that they don't reply to emails and are unreachable by phone. Judging by the other reviews, I was clearly not the only one, nor the first.

Order placed at the beginning of September, mid-October, no news... I tried contacting customer service and after 4 follow-up emails, still no response... TRB has lost its credibility, my advice is to go to the competition, at least you'll get your money's worth... Review from a very disappointed former customer who will be going to the competition for future orders.

I unfortunately agree with the other reviews. I placed an order several months ago and have received no updates despite my follow-up emails. I had anticipated a fairly generous delivery time of two months, which was clearly not enough for this company. I have filed a refund request with the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control).

If it were possible, I would give zero stars. I paid for my order on August 25, 2026, and a few hours later I sent an email to clarify the delivery address, but I received no response. As of September 30, I have already sent four emails and still no reply. There is no phone number listed on the website. Very disappointed, I do not recommend this service.
