Our Holster Manufacturing Workshop

-Handcrafted: A Commitment to Quality

Each holster is handmade in our workshop in France, guaranteeing a unique product that is perfectly adapted to its user.
Carefully selected materials: Kydex, 500D cordura fabric, 550 type 3 paracord, etc.
A precise fit: each model is custom designed to ensure a perfect fit and optimal comfort.
Local manufacturing that supports craftsmanship and preserves traditional French know-how.

-The trade-off: That of handmade

Since our production is entirely handcrafted, it depends directly on the volume of orders we receive.

Whether you order a single holster or a hundred, each order is integrated into our production schedule according to its order of arrival. Each piece requires a significant manufacturing time.

Choosing a handmade product therefore means accepting variable delivery times. While we can adapt quickly, especially for professional needs, handcrafted production cannot be completed in just a few days.

Thus, the delivery time is one of the inherent drawbacks of handmade products.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The product itself is of very good quality. No complaints there. However… the promised 10-business-day delivery time is nowhere near that… I understand they might be overwhelmed with orders, but… it took two months (ordered in March, received in May). And there was absolutely no communication with the customer. When you call for information, there's no answer. When you send an email, there's no reply. I don't know if I'd be able to recommend TRB to a friend, colleague, or acquaintance, given how disappointed I was with their customer service. Seriously.

Owner's response
Hello, on our end, all emails are answered within 24 hours on average. However, you are not the only one who has experienced a lack of response from us; we migrated to a new server some time ago, and it seems we are experiencing an issue. Your rating is therefore justified, and we understand. Please know that this is unintentional on our part, and we are working on it.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would like to update my previous review of TRB Holsters. The beginning was complicated, with several issues encountered with the first holsters I received (finish, retention, fit). I therefore left a negative review following this experience. However, after several exchanges with customer service, a real solution was found. The problems were taken seriously, the holsters were returned and corrected, and the new models received are now fully compliant and function perfectly. I am now satisfied with the final result as well as the follow-up provided to resolve the situation. The goodwill gesture offered and the commitment to resolving the problem also deserve to be highlighted. Despite a difficult start, the professionalism of customer service and their willingness to find a suitable solution made all the difference. This shows that mistakes can happen, but what matters is how they are handled. A big thank you to the TRB HOLSTERS / TAPRACKBANG team.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Order placed at the beginning of the week with a very tight deadline, and the order arrived at my home in 3 days. Many thanks to the whole team for making it happen.

If you're looking for a reputable company, I advise you to avoid this one. I placed an order in June 2026. I waited four months to finally receive a refund after having to threaten legal action because I hadn't heard anything in the meantime. I didn't even receive an apology email, just one confirming the refund. I'm even disappointed to have to give them one star. The worst part is that they don't reply to emails and are unreachable by phone. Judging by the other reviews, I was clearly not the only one, nor the first.

Order placed at the beginning of September, mid-October, no news... I tried contacting customer service and after 4 follow-up emails, still no response... TRB has lost its credibility, my advice is to go to the competition, at least you'll get your money's worth... Review from a very disappointed former customer who will be going to the competition for future orders.

I unfortunately agree with the other reviews. I placed an order several months ago and have received no updates despite my follow-up emails. I had anticipated a fairly generous delivery time of two months, which was clearly not enough for this company. I have filed a refund request with the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control).

If it were possible, I would give zero stars. I paid for my order on August 25, 2026, and a few hours later I sent an email to clarify the delivery address, but I received no response. As of September 30, I have already sent four emails and still no reply. There is no phone number listed on the website. Very disappointed, I do not recommend this service.

I ordered a holster along with an Olight PLX flashlight. Aware of the manufacturing delays, I was patient. I was promised production and delivery by the end of August. At the beginning of September, faced with a complete lack of communication, I tried contacting them again, sending one email per week, which went unanswered, as did my messages on social media. I had to open a PayPal dispute for a tracking number to magically appear two days later, still without a single word from them. Unfortunately, the package I received was incomplete: I only received the holster; the Olight flashlight is still missing, and the radio silence resumed with even greater silence. To top it all off, given their lack of professionalism and communication, I'm not even sure the holster I received actually fits my firearm. As a result, I'm forced to open another dispute. This company should be avoided at all costs. There are much better, more reputable manufacturers who respect their customers.

My order has been pending since August 10, 2026… I followed up by email in early September and was told I would receive my order that month. Today, September 25, still nothing, and judging by the comments, I think I'll have to wait even longer. They're no longer replying to my emails. It's a shame it's a French company, but I'll pass next time. €400 for the order plus €10 for delivery is unacceptable…

Very disappointing. I have no information about my package, which I've been waiting for for a while. When I try to contact TRB through their website, I get absolutely no response despite several attempts…

I placed my order in early July, and by early August they indicated it was expected in August. As of September 11th, I still haven't received any updates or replies to my emails. This is my second order; the first one was significantly delayed. It's a holster for a Sigpro, and to make matters worse, a screw broke on the first holster after only two months. I will never order from here again and I do not recommend this site to anyone!

Romu Gautier

The product quality is undeniable. However, for everything else, you lose a star. Six months' delay in delivery after two follow-up emails is unacceptable... You're behind schedule, communicate! I need to buy a belt, and I'm really hesitant to order it from you if it will take six months to arrive. I make an effort to buy French, but this isn't motivating me. What a shame! Give me a good reason to buy from you!!!

The products seem well-made, but after placing an order in early August, the delivery promises have not been kept. It took a month to receive a Kydex trigger guard holster for a Glock 19. They should have these in stock. There has been no communication from them. They no longer respond to emails, and the contact form is no longer working.
