When you click on the Validate button after the order process, you declare that you accept the order and all of these General Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation.
The data recorded by TAPRACKBANG SAS constitutes proof of all transactions carried out by TAPRACKBANG SAS and its customers.
The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of available stocks. You have five days to send us the payment, then the order is cancelled to allow a resale of the reserved products.
Our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. For all payment methods, we do not guarantee the availability of products. If a stock shortage occurs, we will refund you in full for the missing products or we will offer you a solution that suits both parties.
If your order includes individual products, it is possible that our stock does not allow us to honor your order immediately, we will endeavor to deliver to you as soon as possible upon restocking.
Please note that for any shipment of a deactivated weapon in category C9, we require a copy of the declaration and deactivation certificate.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process.
In the case of items that can be delivered on different dates given their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. However, TAPRACKBANG SAS reserves the right to split deliveries. Participation in processing and shipping costs (if any) will only be charged for a single shipment. TAPRACKBANG SAS cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery. In the event of an unusual delay, an email will be sent to you.
In the case of delivery in mainland France, if you are absent on the day of delivery, and depending on the choice of your sender, you can choose to reschedule your delivery on the date of your choice or have your package delivered to one of the nearby points.
If your package is made available at a local point, it will be available for:
– 14 days at the post office and Chronopost agency
– 8 days in Pickup relay
– 3 days at Pickup station (locker).
If the customer cannot collect their package within the time frame previously indicated, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
If the customer requests redelivery, transport costs equal to the costs incurred will be borne by the Customer.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for the loss of the package due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the Customer.

ARTICLE 8 - WITHDRAWAL PERIOD / SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK
8.1 - We undertake to reimburse you, or exchange products that do not correspond to your order (defective or non-compliant).
In this case, please state this in detail on the order form and return the product(s) to us. TAPRACKBANG SAS will exchange or refund the product(s).
8.2 These refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the products by us.
The refund will be made by credit to your bank account or any other consistent means.
8.3 - Our products are made to measure at your request and are clearly personalized, our contract with you does not fall within the framework of "satisfied or refunded". You cannot therefore, once you have validated your payment, withdraw from the Holsters and Cases manufactured by TRB Holsters.
8.4 - For non-digital products that are not our personalized Holsters, nor our personalized Cases manufactured by TRB Holsters, you have, within 14 clear days from the delivery of your order, a right of return, exchange or refund without penalty with the exception of return costs, of products that do not suit you.

8.5 - Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer or the Post Office will not be accepted.

ARTICLE 9 - LIFETIME WARRANTY
All our Holsters and Cases manufactured by TRB Holsters are guaranteed for Life.
9.1 Normal wear and tear due to time, nor damage caused by improper use or falling are taken into account.
9.2 No recourse will be possible if the product is no longer manufactured by the TRB Holsters entity.
9.3 If a material or manufacturing defect should appear during the life of the product, or a retention problem, it may be replaced or repaired upon simple request to our customer service by email: contact@trb-holsters.com.
9.4 elements that are not manufactured by TRB Holsters are not guaranteed for Life (screws, rubber systems, fixings, etc.).
9.5 Using kydex, boltaron or any other equivalent material cases and holsters for handguns, magazines, real or replica accessories may result in scratches and paint flaking. This is normal and we cannot be held responsible for the damage to your handguns or replicas.
9.6 Felt and glued fabric being elements which deteriorate over time, in contact with the handgun, the replica, the skin (...), these are not included in the lifetime guarantee.

TAPRACKBANG SAS cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered (prohibition of a title, etc.).
