I ordered a case for my telescopic baton. Delivery was supposed to be in June, but due to a delay on their part (which I can easily understand), the delivery was postponed to July. Unfortunately, to this day, and despite several follow-up emails, I still haven't received anything!

Avoid at all costs! I ordered a holster in March, and after several follow-ups and calls, there's still no progress, no response from them. It's been SIX MONTHS later, it's appalling.

Holster ordered and paid for in March 2026. My first follow-up email was in June, informing me that delivery would take place in early July. Still nothing by mid-August and no response to my second follow-up email. Obviously, when ordering a custom holster, a certain waiting period is normal, but five months of waiting and no response to my email is disrespectful to the customer, if not dishonest.

Order placed on Monday and received on Thursday. The case with the light is just perfect. The product is very well made. Excellent communication with customer service. I highly recommend them.

The delivery time was extremely long. I had to ask for my order to be expedited due to upcoming work commitments. I was told there was no problem, the order would be delivered on time... I received it a week after the indicated date. Luckily, I was able to borrow a holster in the meantime... I finally received my order and... clearly, TRB Holster has never actually held a Sig Pro 2022 in their hands. If they had, they would have realized that the decocking lever protrudes, creating resistance when inserting the weapon. As a result, I have to force my weapon into the holster, and if I don't, the strap catches on the hammer, which is a safety disaster. It's all well and good to use photos with the GIGN (French National Gendarmerie Intervention Group), but the least they could do is make a holster that actually fits the Sig Pro. I'm going to request a refund, but I'm posting this review to prevent others from being misled by this so-called professional company.

I'm giving it 3 stars solely because the product's build quality is excellent. The product I received perfectly matches my order, and on that point, I have absolutely no complaints. However, the entire order tracking process was a terrible experience. I placed my order in April and have only just received it. I had to send three emails before finally getting a response regarding the status of my order. The most disappointing aspect is that the company asked me for a delivery deadline. After providing this date, I received no feedback, no confirmation, and no information whatsoever about whether or not the deadline had been met. This lack of communication is truly regrettable. I'm not one to demand compensation, but given the significant delay, the disastrous order tracking, and the lack of consideration for the customer, a simple apology would have been appreciated. In short: an excellent product, but a customer experience that unfortunately leaves much to be desired. I hope the company will improve its communication and follow-up, because this is ruining an otherwise impeccable manufacturing process.

Despite the mixed Google reviews, I placed my order in early May. After two follow-up emails that received almost immediate replies, I received my Kydex holster three months later. The holster is perfectly molded. I'm only giving it four stars because of the delivery time; otherwise, I have no complaints.
